A multi-racial Belgian-American dancer moving between classical ballet, neoclassical work, contemporary ballet, choreography, teaching, and arts leadership.

Karl has performed classical repertoire and original contemporary works while collaborating with repetiteurs, guest artists, and emerging choreographers across stage and film.
He graduated from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts in 2024 on full scholarship with a BFA in Classical Ballet and a minor in Arts Entrepreneurship. He is currently a Kenan Fellow at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and an ALM candidate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology through Harvard University Extension School.
